Young Rebel Star Prabhas is popular for action oriented movies and currently he is busy in his upcoming action entertainer Saaho. His favorite out of the entire action stunt in Sujeeth Reddy’ `Saaho’ is Jetman sequence, which is something Prabhas has never done this before.
The sources close to the film unit reveal that the Jetman action episode in Saaho is a package of surprises and this action episodes in the stunt have never seen before on the Indian screen. According to Prabhas, his upcoming movie Saaho is a contrast to SS Rajamouli’ historic and war drama Baahubali as it has a dose of car chases and stylish action stunts.
`Baahubali’ franchise- Baahubali :The Beginning and Baahubali 2:The Conclusion was where he was got to explore his skills and in his next film `Saaho,’ Prabhas will perform most of the action sequences by himself. The sources say that the makers of Saaho have brought Hollywood stunt director Kenny Bates on the board to choreograph the stunts for Saaho and it will be one of its kind in the Indian film industry. Kenny Bates was awestruck by Prabhas’ commitment and he fell in love with the actor’ attitude when it came down to pushing the envelope for action sequences.
Saaho is being directed by Sujeeth, is bankrolled by V Vamshi Krishna Reddy and Pramod Uppalapati under the banner UV Creations. The movie is being made on a budget of Rs 300 Cr. Shraddha Kapoor is playing the female lead and apart from the lead pair, Saaho has other stars like Neil Nitin Mukesh, Lal, Arun Vijay, Vennela Kishore, Mahesh Manjrekar, Mandira Bedi, Jackie Shroff, and Chunkey Pandey in supporting roles.
