Ram Gopal Varma has given his voice over for his upcoming bold bilingual Telugu-Kannada drama Bhairava Geetha, which is based on Caste killings. According to the latest update, RGV will narrate the caste killings backdrop in the beginning of this movie (Telugu version).
Bhairava Geetha starring Kannada actor Daali’ Dhananjaya and debutant Irra Mor are gearing up for grand release. It’s Kannada version will be arrived at the theaters on 7th December whereas Telugu version will be released on 14th December. This news is confirmed by Ram Gopal Varma via a tweet. He took to his Twitter and wrote, “Due to more number of screens availability and other promotion related issues, @ThattSidd’s #BhairavaGeetha is now releasing in Kannada on Dec 7th and in Telugu on Dec 14th @Dhananjayaka @Irra_Mor.”
Bhairava Geetha is directed by debutant Siddhartha Thatholu. This is Ram Gopal Varma’s most expensive film in many years and has action and class struggle backdrop. Impressed by the content of the film, noted producer Abhishek Nama has acquired the rights and is planning for a massive release under his Abhishek Pictures banner.
Dhananjaya has previously worked in films like Jessie, Tagaru, Badmaash and Boxer. Recently during the media interaction, the actor hinted that he will associate with Ram Gopal Varma for another upcoming film. He added, “I don’t know Ram Gopal Varma’s next plan, but talks are on. I am also waiting to see how Bhairava Geetha fares, after which I will take that next big step. Dhananjaya is confident on the content of the film and said, “ After watching Bhairava Geetha, the audience will appreciate me for my role.”
On the other-side, Ram Gopal Varma shared his views about Mahesh Babu’s AMB cinema on his twitter and wrote, “ Just watched a film in @urstrulyMahesh ‘s AMB Cinemas..The only problem with this Superplex is,its difficult for any film to match to this wonderful place ..The theatre is a SUPER DUPER BLOCKBUSTER.”
