Akhil Akkineni: 3 Months of hell and heaven for 6 pack

Akhil Akkineni is conscious about his fitness and he is giving very tough competition to his father Akkineni Nagarjuna and brother Naga Chaitanya. It is known news that Akhil Akkineni is currently busy in his upcoming romantic movie Mr Majnu. According to the latest update, he will be seen flaunting six pack abs in Mr Majnu. The actor has revealed that he worked hard for nearly three months to achieve the look for Mr Majnu. He also thanked to his trainer Dilip for pushing him to build an awesome new look.

 AKhil Akkineni took to his Twitter and wrote, “Worked really hard for this ! 3 months of hell and heaven I guess ! A big shout out to my trainer Dillip ! Couldn’t have done it without you! Totally worth it !!! #MrMajnu.” Akhil also revealed by sharing a poster that title song of Mr Manju will be out on 25th December 2018.

Mr Majnu  is directed by Venky Atluri, and produced by  BVSN Prasad  under his banner Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra whereas the film has the music by Thaman. Nidhhi Agerwal who made her Telugu debut with Naga Chaitanya starrer Savyasachi, is playing the love interest of Akhil in this film, which is scheduled to hit the theaters on 25th January. Well, that seems to be a good move by the makers as they will be cashing in on the Republic Day weekend. George C Williams is handling the cinematography and Navin Nooli is for editing.

Akhil Akkineni made his debut as hero with Akhil: The Power Of Jua, directed by VV Vinayak, in 2015 and his next film as the main lead with the Vikram Kumar directorial Hello in which Kalyani Priyadarshan played the female lead. Incidentally, both these movies received lukewarm response at the box office and turned out disasters.
